Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout and confirmed in your order summary. You will receive an order confirmation by email, including product details, total cost (including VAT, where applicable), and delivery charges.

If there is an issue processing your order, we will contact you to resolve the matter. PLDkit OÜ reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion.

Returns & Warranty

14-Day “Change of Mind” Returns

You may return products within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.

Products must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom-made products and items sold as special offers with additional items included are excluded unless all items are returned.

2-Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

All products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturer defects.

If a manufacturer defect is confirmed, we will offer free repair or replacement.
If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be provided.
Damage caused by user misuse is not covered, but paid repair or replacement may be offered.
Mechanically damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier are not considered a manufacturer or user fault.

Shipping Damage

If a product is damaged during shipping:

Insured packages: PLDkit OÜ will assist in claiming compensation from the carrier.
Uninsured packages: We will assist in obtaining repairs, but cannot guarantee compensation.

If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, do not open it before photographing the damage and notifying the carrier immediately.

Return Process

Use the Product Returns form on our website to initiate the return.
Notify PLDkit OÜ of the return shipping cost before sending.
Shipping costs:
- If a manufacturer defect or PLDkit OÜ shipping error is confirmed, we cover all shipping costs.
- For other cases, you are responsible for return and reshipment costs.
