Delivery Information
All products are shipped from Tallinn, Estonia. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. A tracking number will be provided once your package has been shipped.
Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

European Union: Most packages are delivered within 6–9 business days.

International destinations: Delivery may take up to one month.
Please note that PLDkit OÜ has no control over the speed or handling of international postal services.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost by the carrier, please contact us so we can assist you.
For shipments via Estonian Post, we can submit a claim for a lost package between 1 and 6 months from the shipment date. Estonian Post will investigate and either provide proof of delivery or issue compensation if the package is confirmed lost.
Customs and Import Duties
If your delivery address is outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information. Be aware that cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
